Worship God. Grow Together. Serve Others. Reach the World.

Worshipping God, Together.

We are so thrilled that you are interested in joining us during a Sunday Morning worship service! We understand that visiting a church for the first time can be both intimating and confusing. We trust that by the end of this page, you will have a complete understanding of what you can expect when you join us on a Sunday Morning!

Sunday Morning Schedule

Sunday School • 9:30 am

During the Sunday School hour, we offer classes for all ages, from babies to adults. The purpose of these Sunday School classes to to connect with one another while also grounding our faith in the Scriptures. Sunday Schools are designed for both education and conversation, and is a great place to start connecting with our church.

Worship Service • 10:30 am

Our worship service is designed to both be an encouragement to you as well as a time of praising God. Through both our music and teaching, you will be inspired to pursue God with your whole heart and keep your eyes focus on Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our faith.

What Happens During the Worship Service?

Our Sunday morning Worship Services consists of three different parts:

Worship Through Singing

We sing 4 songs during each service. These songs are designed to instill the truths of the Gospel in our hearts and praise God for who He is. Our music is usually led by guitar, piano, cajon drum, and other instruments like the violin and flute.

Worship Through Giving

We give because we love God. The Bible teaches that where our treasures are, that's where our love is found. We do not have a traditional time of “passing the plate”—all financial gifts are given online. During the service, we dedicate a special time for giving thanks to God through prayer for the faithful giving of the Church and for wisdom in stewarding these gifts to reach Mishawaka and the world with the message of Jesus. You do not have to give when you attend—it's voluntary.

Worship Through Preaching

We are people of the Bible; therefore, we must hear what God desires for us to hear, learn what we need to learn, and respond accordingly. One of our pastors will preach from a section of the Bible for usually 40 minutes. After God's Word is taught, we have a final song for a time of reflection.

Frequently Asked Questions

To help you feel prepared to worship with us, here are a few questions that we are often asked:

Where should I park?

Our church has two parking lots - the lot right off of Main St. and the lot behind the church. We recommend that park in the lot off Main Street and come through the glass doors that are on the left side of the parking lot. The larger glass doors are the gym doors and are locked on Sundays.

What should I wear during the service?

Although our church building is traditional, our dress is not as formal. Generally, our members dress anywhere from casual to business casual, but we welcome you to come as you are.

Do you have nursery or Children's Church during the service?

Yes, we do! During the worship service, we offer nursery for children ages 0-3. Children ages 4-8 begin with their parents in the Worship Service, then, before the preaching, are dismissed for Children's Church.
